Aloha, and welcome!

Aloha, my name is Dharma Bodhi and I welcome you to Mens Empowerment Blog.

Before diving into all things healing, ego obliteration and my journey, I wanted to share more about my vision for this logo and this space.

Life is different in every moment. Somedays we wake up and want to take on the world, and everything it has to offer us. Others, getting out of bed seems like an insurmountable undertaking. But that is life, and this logo represents just that - the range of waves we experience in our everyday existence.

Our ability to be present and honor what is being shown to us is our greatest gift. To flow with the waves that experiences life is offering us so we can become the best version of ourselves we came here to be. In order to do this, we must clear out all the toxicity and garbage that is floating around within our inner ocean - by healing our mind, body and spirit.

My teacher Liana Shanti shared this excerpt from a book today:

"You cannot control what happens to you in life, but you can always control what you will feel and do about what happens to you."

How will you respond to the waves? Will you let them crash against your shore and knock you down, or will you flow with them, letting them guide you to a place of inner calm, peace and Light?
